Agentic Hiring System on mcube™

mcube™ ATS HACKATHON 2026

Building an Enterprise-Grade Agentic System in 72 Hours. Powered by mcube™

An agentic applicant tracking system (ATS), built entirely on mcube™: TCG Digital’s agentic AI platform.

Ideas shipped as screens, in hours

You’ve been told an enterprise-grade system takes 4 months to build. On mcube™, it just took 72 hours.

01

Agentic Core did the work of a specialist engineering team: agents that parsed, ranked and handed off work to each other in minutes, not days.

02

Agentic Plane meant nobody built their own guardrails: governed, costed, traceable model calls switched on in hours.

03

ezeXtend turned “we need a new screen” into a shipped screen: described in natural language, built, and refined in hours.

04

72 hours. Not days, not a 6-month roadmap: a mission-critical, enterprise-grade, human-approved hiring platform. Done.

Human approval gate on every candidate decision

What actually got built in 72 hours?

At the mcube™ ATS Hackathon, multiple teams answered with a working product; built on mcube™ and ready to be integrated and scaled across the enterprise. Out of 26 teams, 22 submitted in 72 hours, and the top 10 made it to the final round.

And the best of them weren’t just mockups; they were real applications parsing actual resumes and making actual, human-approved hiring recommendations. Between them, the teams delivered:

Agentic CV parsing

Turned resumes into structured, searchable data.

Explainable ranking

Candidate-to-role fit scores that showed their reasoning.

AI-assisted screening

And interviews, grounded in the JD and the CV.

SLA-governed pipelines

Surfaced risks before they became breaches.

Natural-language copilots

Real-time pipeline insights through conversational AI.

Live dashboards

Built for recruiters and leaders alike.

Every candidate-facing decision passed through a human approval gate.

All of it, from a standing start, in 72 hours.

The modules behind the build

Every application at the hackathon was assembled from the same set of production modules already living on mcube™. Select a module to see what it actually does.
The work agents did, not the team

Agentic Core + AI 2.0

The part that lets you build a team of specialized AI agents: reading resumes, ranking candidates, drafting interview questions, and handing off work to each other correctly, with version control so a bad prompt change doesn’t quietly break your ranking logic the night before the big hiring push. All in hours, not weeks. This is the piece the hackathon teams would otherwise have spent real hours hand-rolling. On mcube™, it’s the starting point, not the stretch goal.

“When we connect these different agents, they can share context and work as a unified team. This creates smoother workflows, gives you highly accurate answers, and builds AI solutions you can confidently scale. That’s exactly what mcube™ 5.5’s multi-agent orchestration, agent registry and knowledge-graph grounding are built for.”

Governance: built in, not bolted on

Agentic Plane

Gives teams a governed, vendor-neutral layer to access, orchestrate and compose any LLM or agent: with cost tracking, behavior controls, and compliance built into every single call, not bolted on after legal asks about it. Instead of wiring up providers and guardrails one by one, teams built on rails, turning fragmented AI experiments into governed, reusable enterprise agents.

For an engineering team, that’s the guardrails, already done. For an HR leader, that’s the honest answer to “how do we know the AI isn’t doing something we can’t explain”: the platform is built to make every AI decision traceable back to a model, and a reason.

“Agentic Plane brings models, agents and enterprise tools together to help users execute complex, multi-step work through a unified experience.”

The speed lever for the applications themselves

ezeXtend

Configurable, data-driven workflows, roles and interfaces, assembled without long build cycles. It’s what turns “we have an idea for a new dashboard” into a shipped screen in hours.

“Instead of starting with React code, developers can describe the experience they want in natural language, generate ezeXtend-compatible components, and iteratively refine them.”
